Annual Maintenance Fees" $240.00 plus a one time $75.00 deed transfer.

A General Warranty Deeded Membership is issued.

The Annual Maintenance Fee of $240.00 continues after first year.

The Annual Maintenance Fee includes the First 32 days Free each year.  Members pay a day usage after the first 32 days.

Members can store their RV and boats at $20.00 a month or $200.00 a year.

Camp Facilities include:

Full hookups , some pull through sites,  20, 30 & 50 amp hookups, Laundry and restrooms
